Arcads doesn't publish its prices: arcads.ai/pricing returns a 404 and plans appear only after you sign up. Reviews report Starter at $110 a month and Creator at $220, with Pro priced by sales. Arcads' own help center says Starter comes with 8,000 credits a month and a talking actor costs 800 credits a minute, so a one-actor video up to a minute works out at about $11. There's a 3-day free trial with a saved card that turns into Starter, and a cash refund only if you used no credits.
Two kinds of source, kept apart. Arcads itself publishes its credit rules, trial and refund policy in its help center, but no dollar prices. The prices below come from two reviews that saw the in-app paywall: eesel (June 2026) and Wireflow (July 2026). Treat those as reported, and confirm them on the paywall when you sign up.

Arcads bills talking actors by the minute, per actor, and rounds the length up. That makes short ads cost the same as one-minute ones. Here's the arithmetic on Starter at the $110 reviews report.
One actor, up to a minute: about $11
800 of 8,000 credits, so 10 a month. At the discounted $77 a review reports, about $7.70.
A 30-second ad with captions: about $12.10
30 seconds rounds up to a full minute (800 credits), and captions add 80: 880 credits. A review reports captions need Creator or above, where $220 buys 16,000 credits (the same rate per credit as Starter), so 18 such ads a month.
Two actors, 1 minute 45 seconds: 3,200 credits
Arcads' own example: the length rounds up to 2 minutes and each actor counts, so 2 × 2 × 800. That's 40% of a month's Starter credits, about $44.
One keeper out of four hooks tested: about $44

A talking actor costs 800 credits per minute, per actor, and the length is always rounded up.
Add captions: 80 credits. Translate a video: 240. Hook repurposer: 800.
Video models are priced per generation: Veo 3.1 800 credits, Sora 2 240 to 1,200, Kling 3.0 176 to 560, Seedance 2.0 at 480p 96 to 360.
Presets: Show Your App 200 credits, Unboxing POV 400, Product showcase 800.
On Starter and Creator, credits reset each cycle and don't roll over, and at the limit the account is blocked until renewal or an upgrade; Pro, Scale and Business roll unused credits over and bill extra use per credit.
Small edits mean re-generating the whole video, which costs credits again, per reviews.

From the Arcads refund policy in its help center, read on 1 Oct 2026. The homepage also says "Free trial available". Some reviews say Arcads has no trial; we go with what Arcads publishes.
“If your 3-day trial ended without you cancelling, your saved card was automatically charged for the Starter plan.”
“To avoid being charged: cancel your trial from your Billing settings before the 72 hours are up.”
“If you were charged for a billing period and used zero generation credits during that period, we'll refund the full amount. You must submit your request within 30 days of the charge.”
A change-of-mind refund applies only if “You are within 24 hours of your first charge”, “You did not use any credits” and it is “your first time requesting this refund (one-time courtesy per account)”.
On quality: “poor output quality alone … does not qualify for credit reimbursement.” Credits come back only when “a confirmed platform or system error caused the result.”

The price buys real things. Arcads is a good pick when these matter more than the cost per ad.

Krust publishes its prices. Starter is $39 a month, or $19 a month billed yearly, for 100 credits a month. Pro from $99/month, or $49/month billed yearly, with 300 credits (tiers up to 5,000). A typical template ad uses 31 credits, so Starter makes about 3 typical ads a month and Pro's 300 credits about 9.
That's about $6 a typical ad on Starter billed yearly and $12 monthly, with the script written for one buyer from your store and a presenter cast from your audience. Every ad shows its credit price before you confirm. There's no free trial, and every plan has a 14-day money-back guarantee.

Only in narrow cases: a full refund if you used no generation credits in that billing period (asked within 30 days), a one-time refund within 24 hours of your first charge if you used no credits, and credits back (not cash) for generations that failed because of a platform error. Disappointing output alone doesn't qualify.
Not on Starter or Creator: credits reset each billing cycle and unused ones expire, and when you run out the account is blocked until the renewal date unless you upgrade. On Pro, Scale and Business plans, unused credits roll over while the subscription stays active, and extra use is billed per credit.
