Krust is an AI-powered advertising platform that enables users to:

• Create AI-generated video advertisements
• Generate tailored retargeting videos for audience segments
• Upload and process brand assets (images, videos, logos)
• Receive creative consultation and strategy services

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. We are a creative services platform and do not guarantee specific advertising results or performance outcomes.

To access certain features of our Service, you must create an account. By registering, you:

• Confirm that you are at least 18 years old
• Agree to provide accurate and truthful information
• Agree to keep your login credentials secure and not share them with third parties
• Accept responsibility for all activity conducted through your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

Your Content:

You retain ownership of all content you upload to our Service ("Your Content"), including images, videos, logos, and brand materials. By uploading Your Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and modify such content solely for the purpose of providing our Service.

Generated Content:

AI-generated content created using Your Content belongs to you, provided that:

• You have paid all applicable fees
• You comply with these Terms
• The content is used in accordance with any agreed restrictions

Our Intellectual Property:

Our Service, including our AI technology, software, website, branding, and all related intellectual property, remains our exclusive property and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written consent.

By using our Service, you agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful business purposes
• Not use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to collect data without permission
• Not attempt to breach security or disrupt the Service
• Not upload false, misleading, offensive, or illegal content
• Not violate the rights of other users or third parties
• Not create content that impersonates individuals without consent
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer our AI models or algorithms

Fees:

You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of our Service as specified in your service agreement or on our website. All fees are quoted in USD or EUR unless otherwise specified.

Billing:

We will bill you according to the billing cycle specified in your plan. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all applicable fees.

Refunds:

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 14 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied with our Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service
• We are not liable for damages arising from AI-generated content or its use
• We are not liable for Service interruptions, technical issues, or data loss

• Force majeure circumstances

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes shall be resolved in Lithuanian courts according to the data controller's place of business, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that best achieves the original intent.
